<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to reduce a charge loss by forming a passivation part on the upper side, the rear side, and the lateral side of a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(110) has a first conductive type. An emitter part(121) and a substrate of a second conductive type form a pn junction. A passivation part(191) is located on the front or rear of the substrate. A first electrode is connected to the emitter part. A second electrode is connected to the substrate.</p> |
