PURPOSE: A phosphorous-based polymer coating solution is provided to have excellent antibacterial property, anti-fungi property, and flame retardance, thereby helpfully using for fiber, wood, construction material, wallpaper, paint, military supplies, firefighting supplies, carpet, etc. CONSTITUTION: A phosphorous-based polymer coating solution is in chemical formula 1. A manufacturing method of a phosphorous-based polymer coating solution comprises: a step of manufacturing a phosphorous-based-vinyl polymer in chemical formula 2, by reacting a phosphate compound in chemical formula3 and a compound in chemical formula 4; and a step of manufacturing a phosphorous-based coating solution by dissolving the phosphorous-based-vinyl polymer in chemical formula 2 into distilled water, and radical-polymerizing by adding a water-soluble radical initiator. In chemical formulas, R is H or C1-4 alkyl, n is an integer from 500-5,000, and m is an integer from 2-50. |
