<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion foaming die plate easy in maintenance, preventing clogging of passing holes during an operation and capable of enhancing productivity of a resin foam though the respective strands of the obtained resin foam are fine and uniform. <P>SOLUTION: In the die plate for extruding a foaming agent-containing thermoplastic resin in a molten state through a plurality of through-holes from an upstream side to a downstream side to foam the same, the passing pores have parallel parts uniform in pore size and inversely tapered parts gradually enlarged in pore size toward the downstream side. The parallel parts are arranged on the upstream side and the inversely tapered parts are arranged on the downstream side. The die plate can be divided into a plurality of parts so as to cross the extrusion direction of the thermoplastic resin of the passing pores at a right angle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
