<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device by which insufficient or excessive thread fastening hardly occurs when plungers are mounted on syringes. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting device 1 mounts plungers 82 having second screw parts on syringes 81 having first screw parts. The mounting device 1 includes: a conveying means 10 which conveys the syringes 81 and the plungers 82; a rotating part 41 which is rotary driven by a driving motor 42, imparts rotative force to a syringe 81 and a plungers 82 for their relative rotation and threadably engages and tightens the first screw part and the second screw part; and a controller 50 which is connected with the driving motor 42. In a process of primary tightening, the first screw part and the second screw part are tightened to an intermediate position. After that, in a process of secondary tightening, tightening of the first screw part and the second screw part is started again, the peak value of feedback torque is detected by the controller 50 and tightening of the first screw part and the second screw part is completed with reference to the peak value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
