<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture capable of brightly illuminating its center by getting rid of loss of light emitted from LED light-emitting sections and uniformly illuminating a panel. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting fixture 10 includes a fixture body 11, the LED light-emitting sections 12, 16 mounted on the fixture body 11, a reflecting plate 15 formed in an approximately mountain shape and reflecting the light emitted from the LED light-emitting section 16, and a panel cover 17 arranged in front of the reflecting plate 15.
