<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when there does not exist any history information indicating that the same failure as a failure which has occurred has been restored in the past, it is not possible to determine any optimal restoration command. <P>SOLUTION: A failure restoration device includes: an alarm reception part 132 for receiving the information of a failure which has occurred in a radio base station 12; a statistical information collection part 131 for collecting the statistical information of the radio base station 12 where the failure has occurred; a command history table 203 for storing the type of the failure which has occurred in the past, a restoration command used for restoring the failure and statistical information collected in association with the pertinent failure, and at least one of the restoration result of the pertinent failure, the restoration time of the pertinent failure on the basis of the restoration command, the date when the pertinent failure has been restored, the ID of the communication device in which the pertinent failure has occurred, and the evaluation of the restoration command; an optimal command determination part 135 for determining the restoration command on the basis of a plurality of items including the statistical information from among the plurality of stored restoration commands; and a command execution part 136 for transmitting the determined restoration command to the radio base station 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
