<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide plate including a display area capable of displaying display information regardless of light made incident from a side face of the light guide plate and a shielding area for making a rear side visible when light is not made incident from the side face of the light guide plate and making the rear side less visible when light is made incident. <P>SOLUTION: A light guide plate 10 includes: a shielding area 20; a display area 30; and a non-processing area 40. In the shielding area 20, a plurality of quadrangular pyramid type diffusion dots 21 are formed on a rear face side. In the display area 30, a plurality of planar type diffusion dots 33 or diffusion grooves arranged regularly and contour grooves 34 provided at the contour positions are formed on the rear face of the light guide plate 10. Accordingly, when light is made incident, a rear side is made less visible in both of the shielding area 20 and the display area 30, and when light is not made incident, an object on the rear side is made visible in the areas other than the display area 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
