<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording apparatus (printer) having high image recording speed, capable of recording an image having superior rubbing resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording apparatus has a head that includes nozzle holes for ejecting ink, and a controller that controls a plurality of modes to be implemented. The plurality of modes include: a first image recording mode to record the image by ejecting white ink from the nozzle holes, and making the white ink adhere to a first area of a recording medium and a second area thereof different from the first area; and a second image recording mode to record the image by ejecting color ink and resin ink from the nozzle holes substantially at the same time, bringing the color ink and the resin ink into contact with each other on the white ink in the first area and making them adhere thereto, and to record the image by ejecting the resin ink from the nozzle holes, and making the resin ink adhere to white ink composition in the second area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
