<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody decorative plate that can suppress discoloration of a decorative veneer caused by ammonia generated by the decomposition of a nitrogen compound contained in a woody plate. <P>SOLUTION: The woody decorative plate 1 includes the decorative veneer 4 stuck, by a decorative veneer sticking adhesive 3, to the surface of the woody plate 2 containing the nitrogen compound that generates ammonia.
