<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness, to which waterproof treatment can be applied inside a grommet with a simple step and at low costs. <P>SOLUTION: A wire harness 1 comprises: plural insulation electric wires 50 formed by core wires 40 and conductors and insulation coatings 70 covering peripheries of the core wires 40; and a grommet 60 on which insertion holes 65, in which the plural insulation electric wires 50 are inserted, are formed. Each of the insulation coatings 70 of the plural insulation electric wires 50 has an inner insulation coating 30 formed on an inner side of the insulation coating 70, and an outer insulation coating 20 formed outside the inner insulation coating 30. A blocking part 25 blocking a gap between the plural insulation electric wires 50 and a gap between the plural insulation electric wires 50 and an inner face of the grommet 60 while depositing the plural insulation electric wires 50 and the insulation electric wires 50 and the grommet 60 inside the grommet 60 is formed on one part of the outer insulation coating 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
