<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a layered confectionery which is made by stacking several pieces of dough exhibiting low viscosity and baking the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the layered confectionery 12 includes: a dough making process in which upper layer dough 10 exhibiting low viscosity and lower layer dough 11 exhibiting low viscosity are made separately; and a lower layer adjusting process in which an auxiliary material exhibiting high density is combined with the lower layer dough 11 so that the density of the lower layer dough 11 may be higher than that of the upper layer dough 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
