摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor material, a method for manufacturing the sensor material, and a detection method. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a sensor material for detecting molecular contaminant comprises the steps of: preparing an aqueous solution of a metal oxide precursor; mixing titanium dioxide nanotubes with the solution of the metal oxide to form a mixture; preparing a pH value of the mixture to a neutral one with a weak base; dispersing the mixture into water and heating the resultant mixture; and forming titanium dioxide nanotubes carrying a metal oxide by filtering the mixture, leaving a solid portion and sintering the solid portion under a continuous oxygen flow. The sensor material and a detection method using the sensor material are also provided and concentration of a ppm to ppt level of a molecular contaminant is detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
