PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster-prevention hood with excellent portability in addition to high shock absorption, protection, and heat resistance.
SOLUTION: The disaster-prevention hood 1 is formed by a lengthy aramid fiber body having a folded part 2a folded at the center part, where one end between both of the longitudinal ends of the aramid fiber body is allowed to be openable opening ends 2b and the other end is allowed to be a closed end 2c by sewing it by a predetermined length from the folded part 2a. The hood is worn on a head from an opening formed by opening the opening ends 2b. The disaster-prevention hood 1 includes: a parietal region protection part 2 including the folded part 2a and protecting at least the parietal region; and temporal region protection parts 3 extended toward both the sides from the parietal region protection part 2 and protecting at least the temporal regions. The parietal region protection part 2 has a cushion member constituted with low-resilient urethane and is foldable in three while the opening ends 2b are closed. The horizontal and vertical size in folding is nearly the same as the A4 size.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
