<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead acid battery having excellent safety when being mounted on a vehicle without overheat inside a bonnet, even if a metal fitting is loosened due to vibration when being mounted on the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The lead acid battery of the present invention in which a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal are protruded from a top face thereof, is characterized by providing an engagement hole on a portion sandwiched between the positive electrode terminal and the negative electrode terminal on the top face and installing a protruding object which has an engagement piece detachably fitted into the engagement hole on the top face when being mounted on the vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
