<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna mounting member for a rain gutter, having a small number of components to be used for mounting an antenna on the rain gutter and requiring no troublesome work for the mounting when firmly positioning a cable relative to the antenna. <P>SOLUTION: In a mounting structure, an antenna 1 consisting of a conductive member 10 and having a slot 11 is mounted along the outer face of a rain gutter with a mounting member 3 consisting of a first half body 31 and a second half body 32 which are split in the peripheral direction of the rain gutter. The first half body 31 and the second half body 32 have connection means for connecting each other, and an antenna connection member 6 disposed between the rain gutter and the antenna 1 with the portion thereof exposed via the slot 11 from the antenna 1 is fixed to the antenna 1. A positioning part (a protrusion 61) is provided in the portion of the antenna connection member 6 exposed from the slot 11.
