摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a motor for forward and backward movement of a nozzle of an injection molding machine that solves the problem that a cycle time becomes long and productivity decreases by synchronously carrying out processes up to a metal mold touch position in a mold closing process and processes from the metal mold touch position up to completion of mold clamping. <P>SOLUTION: The control device for the motor for forward and backward movement of the nozzle of the injection molding machine having a mold clamping mechanism which opens and closes metal molds by a servo motor for opening and closing the metal molds and a nozzle forward/backward moving mechanism for moving the nozzle forward and backward by a servo motor for moving the nozzle forward and backward closes the mold up to the position where a movable-side metal mold touches a fixed-side metal mold by the servo motor for opening and closing the metal molds, clamps the molds from the position where the movable-side metal mold touches the fixed-side metal mold to a mold clamping completion position, and moves the nozzle forward by the servo motor for moving the nozzle forward and backward so that the nozzle may touch the metal molds while the movable-side metal mold touches the fixed-side metal mold, thus moving the nozzle forward so that prescribed nozzle touch force may be generated once the mold clamping is completed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
