PURPOSE: A pad for protecting joints is provided to performing chemical treatment and physical treatment simultaneously and to enhance treatment effects for arthrodynia. CONSTITUTION: A pad for treating arthrodynia and protecting joints comprises: a drug layer(120) containing an anti-inflammatory analgesic drug and a natural drug; a basal layer(110) which is formed on one side of the drug layer to prevent the release of the anti-inflammatory analgesic drug and natural drug; an adhesive layer(130) formed on the other side of the drug layer by an adhesive material; and one or more intradermal needles(200) which are attached on the other side of the drug layer or adhesive layer. The pad further comprises a magnetic material in the adhesive layer or the drug layer. A plurality of ventilation holes are formed by penetrating all of the basal layer, drug layer, and adhesive layer.
