<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health and beauty improving device capable of treating various diseases in a human body by synergy of light quantum energy and Chinese medicines, and further maintaining a good health and obtaining beautification effects. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes a magnetic force generating section 2, an ore energy generating section 5, a first catalyst functioning section 6, a color energy generating section 7, a second catalyst functioning section 8, a Chinese medicine section 9 which are sequentially superposed and arranged. The magnetic force generating section 2 is formed by spirally winding and arranging a wire-like conductive material 4 on a base plate 3. The ore energy generating section 5 is formed by applying an ink containing a predetermined pulverized natural ore onto a composite resin sheet. The color energy generating section 7 is formed by laminating a red material layer, an orange material layer, a yellow material layer, a green material layer, a blue material layer, a dark blue material layer and a purple material layer sequentially from the ore energy generating section 5 side. The Chinese medicine section 9 contains given Chinese medicine.
