<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely adjust a twist degree, and to make the thickness in a laminating direction of a stator core at the time of joining uniform. <P>SOLUTION: A skewed stator manufacturing device includes: a base 51 on which one end surface of a stator core 11 is placed; a pin 54 which is detachably and tiltably raised on the base, and inserted in a notch 16a or a slot 14 communicating in an axial direction of the stator core 11; a plurality of columns 55 raised on the base 51 so as to surround the stator core 11 from the periphery; a pressing member 56 which is provided at end parts of the plurality of the columns, and abuts on the other end surface of the stator core 11 to press the stator core; an operating member 67 which is positioned on the other end surface side of the stator core 11, and to which a tip end of the pin 54 is locked; an operation handle 69 which is provided on the operating member, and rotates the operating member 67 about a center shaft of the stator core 11; and a plurality of annular plates 61 which prevents the pin 54 from coming off from the notch 16a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
