<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproducing device that can transmit an audio signal having high sound quality. <P>SOLUTION: A reproducing device has a first clock receptor capable of receiving a first clock, a PLL unit for receiving the first clock and multiplying the first clock to generate a second clock, a second clock receptor capable of receiving the second clock, a data receptor for receiving video data and/or audio data, a transmission clock output unit for multiplying the second clock received by the second clock receptor and outputting the multiplied second clock as a transmission clock, and a data output unit for outputting the differential information between the second clock and the first clock and the video data and/or the audio data as transmission data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
