HEAT EXCHANGER, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING HEAT EXCHANGER, AND REFRIGERATION CYCLE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger etc., which can be improved in heat transfer performance by increasing the area of contact of a fin collar with a heat transfer tube without causing the fin collar to crack.

SOLUTION: The heat exchanger includes heat transfer tubes 1 which have a curved sectional shape, and plate-like fins 2 having insertion holes 4 formed in conformity with the shape of the heat transfer tubes 1. The fins 2 each have fin collars 6 raised along edges of the insertion holes 4, and brought into contact with curved parts of the heat transfer tubes 1 while being divided into a plurality of pieces by cuts 8.
