<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction of stop accuracy or uneven rotation caused by the influence of load fluctuation in a state where a stepping motor is used for driving a movable element. <P>SOLUTION: An optical device includes: driving means 111 and 120 each for generating a driving signal periodically changed in value for driving a stepping motor 108 for moving a movable element 104; storage means 112 for storing data for setting a reference signal value as the signal value and the target moving amount of a movable element for each one step driving of the motor 1 when the motor is driven by a driving signal having the reference signal value; and detection means 140 for detecting the actual moving amount of the movable element for each one step driving when the motor is actually driven by the driving signal having the reference signal value. The driving means changes, when there is a difference between the target moving amount and the actual moving amount, the signal value of the driving signal to a signal value different from the reference signal value so as to reduce the difference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
