<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of further certainly determining that a waste toner container has been filled with waste toner. <P>SOLUTION: A printer 1 includes: an image forming portion 30 forming an image on a transferred material by toner; a waste toner container 22 collecting the toner discharged from the image forming portion 30 as waste toner; a magnetic sensor 100 outputting a detection signal according to the deposition amount of the waste toner 23 collected in the waste toner container 22; and a determining portion 91 determining that the waste toner container 22 is filled when the detection signal outputted from the magnetic sensor 100 exceeds a predetermined threshold value and changed from a permission range set in advance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
