<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment material for commodity information display, which can be changed in shape and allows change of display information even after being attached to a commodity, and a usage thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A cut 22 for opening capable of opening and forming an opening 23 for attachment and a pair of cuts 25 for continuous support area which extends continuously to both ends of the cut 22 for opening and is capable of opening and forming a continuous opening 26 are formed in a material body 21. The material body 21 includes: a free-swinging area 24 for display which is demarcated inside the opening 23 for attachment by the cut 22 for opening; a continuous support area 27 which is demarcated inside the continuous opening 26 by the cuts 25 for continuous support area; and a connection part 28 capable of integrally connecting the continuous support area to the material body 21.
