<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking container which is durable and light in weight, and heats food materials with rich flavors. <P>SOLUTION: The cooking container includes an opened plate part 1 for mounting the food material on a bottom part 11a, and a lid part for closing the plate part 1. The plate part 1 further includes: an inner side plate part 11 composed of black heat generating rubber for which silicone polymer, silica, iron oxide and carbon are mixed further, and an outer side plate part 12 composed of heat-non-generating rubber which has been mixed with the silicone polymer and the silica and bonded with the inner side plate part 11. The lid part also includes an inner side lid part composed of the heat generating rubber and an outer side lid part composed of the heat-non-generating rubber. By irradiation with microwaves, in addition to the bottom part 11a in the inner side plate part 11, side parts and the inner side lid part heat the food material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
