<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause dust to be hardly left between an inner peripheral surface of a catching container and a cylindrical part of a compression member at a cyclone separator. <P>SOLUTION: A cyclone separator 101 includes a catching container 11, an openable or closable bottom lid 16, and a rotatable compression member 23, wherein a sucked air is turned along an inner peripheral surface 11r and discharged through a filter to catch the dust. The compression member 23 includes a disk unit 23d arranged to be spaced apart from a bottom lid 16, a rotating shaft 23b extended downward from the disk unit 23d, a helical protrusion 23a arranged to wind around the outer peripheral surface of the compression member 23, and a cylindrical unit 23c extended upward from the disk unit 23d. The helical protrusion 23a is arranged at each of the cylindrical unit 23c and the rotating shaft 23b. A pitch of the helical protrusion 23a at the cylindrical unit 23c is made small as compared with a pitch of the helical protrusion 23a at the rotating shaft 23b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
