<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC power supply insulation failure detection circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A DC power supply insulation failure detection circuit includes: a plurality of outage elements which are provided in positive and negative terminals of each circuit of a power supply system; at least one leakage current detector which is provided in the power supply system's circuit to be detected; at least one positive voltage transition compensator which is connected to the positive terminal of the power supply system; and at least one negative voltage transition compensator which is connected to the negative terminal of the power supply system. Charge-discharge circuits of the positive and negative voltage transition compensators are utilized, and electric energy is charged and stored in an energy-preserving circuit. When the positive or negative terminal on the output load side of the leakage current detector causes a deterioration in insulation to the earth: a passage for returning a leakage current is provided; its energy-preserving device discharges an electric current; a warning message is issued by making the leakage current detector detect a change of a difference between current values of the positive and negative terminals, or the power supply of the corresponding circuit is stopped by controlling the outage element; and thereby, the purpose of high-sensitivity detection is achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
