<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress frequency fluctuations at a startup with a lower power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: A temperature-compensated oscillator includes: an oscillation circuit for outputting from a first output terminal a reference signal oscillating at a frequency depending on a temperature-compensated voltage input from a first input terminal; a compensation circuit for outputting compensation data indicating a frequency compensation amount from a second output terminal on the basis of the reference signal input from a second input terminal; a frequency divider disposed in the compensation circuit so as to output a signal having 1/N the frequency of the reference signal from a third output terminal while a first level signal is input into a third input terminal and to stop operating when a second level signal is input into the third input terminal; and a counter circuit disposed in the compensation circuit so as to operate on a clock signal that is the signal input from a fourth input terminal and to output the second level signal from a fourth output terminal when a predetermined time passes on the basis of the clock signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
