PURPOSE: A real estate related information providing system is provided to supply predetermined information fees of a real estate contract to a wedding company providing information about the contracting couple in a marriage when the contract is made. CONSTITUTION: A client terminal inputs house information which the contracting couples in a marriage want. The client terminal transmits the inputted house information to a main server. The main server searches for real estate data which the couples want based on the house information. The main server stores optimal house recommendation information about a house which the couples want.
