One pole 30A is configured to be diagonally divided into two in the circumferential direction, where respective divided parts enlarge each width in the circumferential direction by the movement of being pushed outward in the radial direction, so as to be engaged with the ratchet 10 in a state where the backlash is eliminated with respect to the guide 20.
