<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus bar cutting mechanism for preventing a cut bridge of a bus bar plate from short-circuiting, a bus bar cutting method for preventing the cut bridge of the bus bar plate from short-circuiting, and an indoor illuminating lamp for a vehicle for preventing the cut bridge of the bus bar plate from short-circuiting. <P>SOLUTION: In this bus bar cutting mechanism 30, each of a plurality of bus bars 17 is formed as an electric circuit by cutting the bridge 16a of the bus bar plate 16 of mutually connecting the plurality of bus bars 17 by the bridge 16a.
