<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet which is actually formed of only a styrene-diene block copolymer resin, has excellent transparency and flexibility, and causes no blocking in film formation even if neither a large amount of a lubricant nor a blocking preventing material is added. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the styrenic resin multilayer sheet formed by laminating 10-50 layers which are formed of the styrene-diene block copolymer resin, block copolymers having a mass average molecular weight (Mw) of 100,000-250,000 and individual average thicknesses of 5-30 μm.
