<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem that a plurality of DC power supplies, a plurality of control switches, and a complicated control circuit are required for high-speed switching by a conventional gate driving circuit, which causes increase in size and cost of a device. <P>SOLUTION: A gate terminal of a switching element is connected to a middle point of a control switch series circuit. A DC power supply is connected in parallel to the control switch series circuit. A series circuit of a parallel circuit of a capacitor with a small electrostatic capacitance and a diode, and a capacitor having a sufficiently large electrostatic capacitance, is connected between a positive electrode terminal of the control switch series circuit and a source terminal of the switching element to be a control target. A parallel circuit of a capacitor with a small electrostatic capacitance and a diode is connected between the source terminal of the switching element and a negative electrode terminal of the control switch series circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
