<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure of a roof eaves part, capable of reliably supporting an eaves part of an inclined roof, when an upper part of a balcony provided on a building body constructed by combining a plurality of building units is covered with the inclined roof. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of support columns 25 are provided at prescribed intervals in an eaves longitudinal direction of an inclined roof 3 on a balcony 6, an eaves through beam 30 is attached to upper ends of the plurality of support columns 25 so as to connect them, and the eaves part of the inclined roof 3 is supported from below by the eaves through beam 30.
