<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output circuit that suppresses variations in the amplitude of a differential output voltage. <P>SOLUTION: The output circuit includes: a constant current generation circuit that has a plurality of resistances having a combined resistance value variably controlled by on/off action of a plurality of switch elements, between a constant voltage node and a reference power supply, and generates a first current at the constant voltage node; an output drive circuit that outputs a second current generated by a current mirror with the first current to an output terminal pair in response to internal differential signals supplied from internal circuitry; and an output amplitude adjustment section that generates switch element control signals to control the plurality of switch elements of the constant current generation circuit such that a difference between output differential voltages at the output terminal pair matches a desired voltage difference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
