<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal device capable of enhancing display quality, and further to provide a manufacturing method of the liquid crystal device and an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid crystal device comprises: a liquid crystal layer 50 that is interposed between a pair of substrates 10 and 20 and includes a liquid crystal having negative dielectric anisotropy; a pixel region that includes a plurality of pixel electrodes 15 disposed in a matrix form; and an orientation controlling section 500 that is formed by polymerizing a liquid crystalline monomer in a state that long axes of liquid crystal molecules 500a are arranged to be perpendicular to a substrate plane 10a of the element substrate 10 and is disposed among the plurality of pixel electrodes 15 on the element substrate 10 in a plan view. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
