<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet by peeling a layer covering a conductive layer of an earth lead-out part in half-cut as a covering sheet without damaging the conductive layer to be removed and forming the lead-out part. <P>SOLUTION: A laminated electromagnetic wave shielding sheet member 10A includes, on a first base material sheet 1, a conductor layer 2, an adhesive layer 3, a curable resin layer 4 including a light-shielding pattern 4a, also serving as a micro louver layer 4A and comprising a cured product of an ionizing radiation curable resin, and a second base material sheet 1a. An electromagnetic wave shielding sheet 10 is manufactured by subjecting the laminated electromagnetic wave shielding sheet member 10A to: (a) a half-cut processing step of putting a half-cut Hc cutting from a second base material sheet side while leaving the whole of the first base material sheet, the conductor layer and the adhesive layer and a part of the curable resin layer; and (b) a peeling and removing step of peeling, at the half-cut part, the adhesive layer, the curable resin layer and the second base material sheet as a covering sheet 5 to be removed and forming an earth lead-out part 2E where the conductor layer is exposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
