PURPOSE: A laminating film location controlling device is provided to transfer an adjustment rod by applying external force and to quickly facilitate the location control in a width direction of a laminating patch which is attached to the surface of a card. CONSTITUTION: A laminating film location controlling device comprises an adjusting rod(5) and an operating means(6). The adjusting rod is arranged on the transferring path of a laminating film and has a seating groove(51) for inserting and mounting the laminating film. The operation unit is attached to apply the frontward and backward force to the adjusting rod and transfers the location of the laminating film back and forth in a width direction. The location controlling device additionally comprises a guide rod(8). The guide rod guides the forward and back movement of the adjusting rod. The adjusting rod has sliding grooves(52) and slide-moves by being inserted into the guide rod. The operating means comprises a driving member(61) and an operating member(62).
