<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition with a recorded image excellent in water resistance, solvent resistance and adhesiveness with a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The ink composition includes: (A) a polymer including a repeating unit expressed by general formula (1); and (B) a coloring material. In general formula (1), A is any one group selected from the formula (group I). In addition, L<SP POS="POST">1</SP>expresses a single bond or a bivalent connecting group, L<SP POS="POST">2</SP>expresses a bivalent connecting group, X expresses 2+n-valent connecting group. and n is an integer of 1-4.
