<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for manufacturing gasoline from methanol and generating power, which reduces total cost by cooling heat generated by the gasoline synthesizing reaction of the methanol to generate power. <P>SOLUTION: A reactor 10 reacts the methanol under the existence of a catalyst to synthesize the gasoline, and a cooling material cools the heat generated by the gasoline synthesizing reaction of the methanol. The cooling material is formed into vapor by heat recovery.
