<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a high degree of freedom for a schedule of a control operation of a PLC without replacing a system program or while using a common system program. <P>SOLUTION: The system program includes a library of procedures in which at least a procedure for controlling execution of a control program and a procedure for controlling output of output data and input of input data are recorded. When schedule construction data including specification of an execution order of the procedures recorded in the library of the procedures is stored in storage means, the system program makes a microprocessor execute the procedures recorded in the library of the procedures according to the specification of the execution order of the procedures included in the schedule construction data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
