<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inventory management device for correcting the estimated value of inventory quantity based on standard use quantity, standard disposal quantity, and standard reuse quantity (various parameters) or the like, and for calculating the much more accurate estimated value of the inventory quantity in the case of estimating the inventory quantity. <P>SOLUTION: An inventory management device for estimating the residual quantity of the storehouse of the liquid raw material of a product includes: first correction means for, on the basis of current production environment information, multiplying a correction coefficient corresponding to the current production environment information by first estimated use quantity to calculate second estimated use quantity, and for multiplying the correction coefficient corresponding to the current environment information by a first estimated disposal quantity to calculate second estimated disposal quantity, and for multiplying the correction coefficient corresponding to the current environment information by a first estimated reuse quantity to calculate second estimated reuse quantity; and first update means for updating the residual quantity of the storehouse of the liquid raw material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
