PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mark information recording device for recording mark information in an image and a mark information presentation device for presenting the recorded mark information.

SOLUTION: A mark information recording device includes: an output part and a recording part. The output part is configured to output a partial image as an image of one part of a whole image having one arbitrary resolution among whole images generated with a plurality of different resolutions on one object for displaying the partial image. The recording part is configured to record the mark information in association with the position information of the output partial image in the whole image and the information of the resolution.
