<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress uneven distribution of an additive to be supplied to exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine to more uniformly disperse the additive. <P>SOLUTION: An exhaust emission control device of an internal combustion engine includes an emission control catalyst 3 provided in an exhaust path 2 of the internal combustion engine 1, a supply part 4 provided in the exhaust path 2 on the upstream of the emission control catalyst 3 for supplying the additive to the emission control catalyst 3, and a dispersing part 5 provided between the emission control catalyst 3 and the supply part 4 for dispersing the additive. The dispersing part 5 includes a plurality of fins 51 and 52 extending toward the downstream of the exhaust path 2.
