<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device that allows reduction in manufacturing cost and downsizing. <P>SOLUTION: A power conversion device 1 includes a filter circuit part 2 having a reactor 3 and a capacitor C, a noise generating source component 5, and a shield plate 4. The reactor 3 is configured by disposing a core 31 composed of a magnetic material around a conductor wiring portion 30. The noise generating source component 5 is disposed adjacent to the filter circuit part 2 and radiates radiation noise N. The shield plate 4 is interposed between the filter circuit part 2 and the noise generating source component 5 and shields the radiation noise N.
