<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for electronic device exhibiting a high light extraction efficiency to the outside and a high productivity, and to provide an organic LED element using the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the substrate for electronic device and the organic LED element using the same, a translucent substrate, at least one convex structure providing on the translucent substrate and having a height of 5-100 μm, a coating layer covering the translucent substrate and the convex structure, and a translucent electrode layer provided on the coating layer are laminated.
