<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which a connection terminal portion cannot be coated with a protective layer having chemical resistance but poor peeling when a plurality of touch sensors formed on a transparent substrate by a step-and-repeat process are divided into individual touch sensors by using a chemical etching method. <P>SOLUTION: A touch sensor substrate comprises a transparent substrate provided on its one surface at least with a decorative part along the periphery of the transparent substrate, a first electrode group, an insulating layer, a second electrode group composed of a transparent electrode group extending in a predetermined direction and a transparent electrode extending in a direction orthogonal to the transparent electrode while electrically connected to the first electrode group, a terminal part on the insulating layer on the decorative part for electrically connecting to a flexible printed board, a drawing wiring connecting the second electrode group to the terminal part, and a protective layer. In the touch sensor substrate, the drawing wiring is laminated with the transparent electrode and a metal wiring, and the metal wiring is covered with the protective layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
