<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a rock bolt and a forming device, capable of forming a drilled hole for a rock bolt in a short time without a risk that a drilled hole having a length of 6 m to 7 m for a rock bolt collapses and without requiring connection work of inner rods and outer casings of a drilling device. <P>SOLUTION: A method for forming a rock bolt includes: a movement step in which a working vehicle 4 travels on a slope surface and moves to a place of drilling a hole for a rock bolt; a drilling step for drilling the hole for the rock bolt by a drilling machine 28 installed on the working vehicle using a double pipe consisting of an outer casing 31 and an inner rod 32 requiring no connection work, after the moving step; an inner rod pull-out step for pulling out the inner rod from the outer casing positioned in a drilled hole after the previous step; a filling step for filling a stress material, cement, and mortar into the outer casing after the inner rod pull-out step; and an outer casing pull-out step for pulling out the outer casing from the drilled hole for the rock bolt after the filling step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
