<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite formed by fitting a first member firmly with a second member, the fitting being hardly loosened, and hardly loosening the fitting. <P>SOLUTION: This composite is formed by fitting a first member 1 in which a ceramic sintered compact containing silicon nitrate as a main component is used as a base body 1a with a second member 2 comprising a metal or graphite, wherein, a granular material 1b containing silicon is integrated with the surface of the first member 1 having a contact with the second member 2, and at least either of needle crystals 1c and columnar crystals 1d containing silicon nitrate as a main component are extended plurally from a part of the granular material 1b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
