<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in auxiliary determination of a silent fault. <P>SOLUTION: A radio communication system 1 includes multiple base stations 10 which are mutually connected via a network 1. Each base station 10 includes a data generation part 14, a determination part 15, and a control part 16. A data generation part 14 generates determination data on the basis of information to be acquired by the base station. The control part exchanges the determination data with the other predetermined base station. The determination part 15 compares the determination data generated by the data generation part with determination data received from the other predetermined base station.
